The price is per course, not per learner. A course you rebrand for a client is one purchase; the client’s learners do not pay again.
What is free
You can upload, rebuild, preview, and experiment with the branding before you pay. The download is the paid step. This lets you confirm that the course, quizzes, and tracking survived the rebuild before you commit.
If the package cannot be rebuilt, you should not be charged. The app tells you when a format is not supported.
How payment works
Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments. After a successful payment, the webhook confirms the order and unlocks the download for that course. The download page updates automatically; you do not need to send a receipt or wait for a manual approval.
Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may be added by the payment provider based on your billing country.
No subscription
SCORM Craft is intentionally a one-time purchase. You are not buying an authoring seat, a hosting plan, or a monthly subscription. If you need to rebrand the same course again later, the course remains in your library and you can rebuild it.
If you need to create a new course from scratch, you still need an authoring tool. SCORM Craft starts from a package you already have.
Refunds
Because the product is a digital download that is delivered immediately, refunds are limited. Read the Refunds & Cancellation policy before you pay. If something is technically wrong with your order, contact soporte@scormcraft.app.
