Copyright & Takedown
We respect intellectual property and expect customers to do the same. This policy explains how to report allegedly infringing content and how we respond.
No affiliation. SCORM Craft is an independent conversion service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any authoring-tool provider. Trademarks and copyrights belong to their owners.
1. Respect for intellectual property
You may upload only content you own or are licensed to use, modify and rebrand. Your use of the service must comply with the Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, including the rules on authoring-tool licences, trial packages, watermarks and copyright notices.
2. Reporting infringement
If you believe content hosted through SCORM Craft infringes your copyright, send a notice to copyright@scormcraft.app (or legal@scormcraft.app) with:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work or exclusive right allegedly infringed;
- the URL or course ID of the allegedly infringing material and enough information for us to locate it;
- your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act for the owner.
If you are reporting a trademark, licence or authoring-tool issue rather than copyright, use the same address and explain the right and the requested action. We may ask for additional information.
3. What we do
We review notices, may remove or disable access to the identified content, and may notify the uploader. We may preserve records and cooperate with rights owners, platforms and authorities as required by law. We are not a court and do not decide ownership disputes; we act on facially valid notices and applicable law. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination.
4. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to copyright@scormcraft.app with your contact details, identification of the removed material and its location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court. We may forward the counter-notice to the original complainant and restore the content if the law requires and no court action is filed.
5. Repeat infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of customers who repeatedly upload infringing content or repeatedly violate authoring-tool licences. We may also suspend access while a dispute is investigated.
6. Authoring-tool notices
If an authoring-tool provider or another rights owner believes a rebuilt course or an uploaded package infringes its rights or breaches its licence, contact copyright@scormcraft.app. We will review the notice, may suspend the affected course, and will cooperate with the parties. Customers are responsible for their packages and for the rights needed to modify, rebrand and process them.
